Returns
90-Day Money Back Guarantee We offer refunds and returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please email customer service at info@koreanbeautyus.com for return requests and queries.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns are subject to two-way shipping costs and any warehousing, customs, and other charges charged by the carrier. Please be careful when you make order payments as KBUS are not liable for any shipping or added costs.
Potential Lost Parcel
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:
1) You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 14 business days* after the tracking is sent to you
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties
*We may not be able to open investigation cases with the courier for cases reported to us after 14 calendar days of the tracking provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, we need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes as they may be needed upon return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
